Loan Agreement amount RM 2,100,000.00 between KTMSAB and Penang State Government signed on 28 Feb 1967
Although KTMSAB has acquired the land, there are no active activities done by KTMSAB. Activities are limited to controlling and collection from coconut revenue and renting only.
KTMSAB failed to pay dividends to the members for couple of years as well as the loan repayment with Federal Government and Penang State Government . Interests on loan principle has also increased. During the time, the members already lost their trust towards KTMSAB and thinking that KTMSAB had added their burdens.
